Our personal trainers can assist you in setting up a program that meets your goals, motivate you, teach you the best way to exercise and most importantly - help you to look and feel better than you have in years.


Our Trainers will also provide:

  • A reason to show up at the gym each week

  • Ways to help track your progress

  • In a place where you feel comfortable. Our trainers are coaches, role models, educators and cheerleaders who will customize a program to fit your needs, budget and schedule. You may want to use a trainer several times a week or just on occasion for a check-in to get a feedback. It's all up to you.

  • From $25.00 - $40.00 for 30 min

  • From $35.00 - $70.00 for 1 hour

  • One-on-One Personal Training is designed specifically for you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. You will be given one-on-one attention to make sure you are using proper form and technique to achieve your goals and that you get the most from your workout without getting injured.

  • For those who want to work out with a friend or group, Chizel It Fitness & Personal Training Center has a program for you. Our knowledgeable Personal Trainers will work with you and your group to become the best that you can be when it comes to health and fitness. Our instructors will take you through a series of up to date activities and exercises individually designed to achieve the goal of every member of your group. Excellent and fun way to lose weight!
