Body Sculpting Explosion

…combines weights and cardio functional training in a group setting.  It is a work out for all fitness levels designed to burn fat and tone your entire body to achieve a leaner, stronger, and more efficient body.

BRICKHOUSE

 Brickhouse is a fun, yet challenging energy filled cardio, strength-training workout.  Bring your energy and water with you and let Brickhouse do the rest.

MUSCLE GROOVE

Is a medium high impact class which includes weight training. This class has an intense focus on core muscle groups. Fused with an aerobic style workout to develop strength and toning of the body.

Running Club

Members of the chizeled running team are trained by local health and wellness professionals who assist beginner, intermediate, and advanced runners with biomechanical evaluations, designing individual training plans, and incorporating a nitrition plan into your running.

SOCA’ROBICS

Soca’Robics is a melodious blend of basic exercise movements, combined with dancing styles such as belly dancing, hip-hop, R&B, Salsa and even exotic dancing. Mixed with the hottest Soca & Reggae music from the Caribbean. Creating the ultimate full body cardio workout.

MAXIMUM CIRCUIT CARDIO

This workout is a great combination of cardio and strengthening. With strength/cardio exercise that is completed one right after the other, with little rest in between. Experience an awesome full body workout!

ZUMBA

Flex Appeal is a stationary circuit training, which combines
Aerobics, strengthening, interval training, free weights and cardio. Lose weight , reduce stress, & strengthen your heart & lungs all while increasing your body density. Build your energy, confidence and relieve yourself from anxiety/depression.

CHIZEL IT!

Chizel It! is a kick-butt workout for those who seriously want to get fit and stay healthy.  Chizel It! involves a challenging, but easy-to-follow program that covers abs, cardio, and basic strengthening exercises.  You won’t get bored with this exercise regiment because the dynamic music will help
you keep the pace!

WAYNE’S WORLD SUPER STEP

Is a combination of steps that work major muscle groups and result in shaping and toning of problem areas. This class includes weight work to help tone that arms and upper body. With a cool down that involves stretching and abdominal work. The world that benefits the body!  

FITNESS ABS PLUS

Your abs are responsible for the following:
- Holding your internal organs in place;
- Protecting and supporting your lower back and spine;
- Improving posture; and,
- Providing a foundation for all movements.
 The goal of the AB ATTACK is to improve, flatten, strengthen, and firm your abs.
