…combines weights and cardio functional training in a group setting.  It is a work out for all fitness levels designed to burn fat and tone your entire body to achieve a leaner, stronger, and more efficient body.

BRICKHOUSE

 Brickhouse is a fun, yet challenging energy filled cardio, strength-training workout.  Bring your energy and water with you and let Brickhouse do the rest.
Class Times:
Mon. 7:00 – 8:00pm
Wed. 7:30 - 8:30pm
Saturday 9:00 -10:00am  

MUSCLE GROOVE

Is a medium high impact class which includes weight training. This class has an intense focus on core muscle groups. Fused with an aerobic style workout to develop strength and toning of the body.

We have a variety of classes to suit any level participant. There are many benefits in coming to exercise in a group setting. Group fitness programs can help people at any stage of life to build positive health habits, increase strength, improve flexibility, challenge cardiovascular endurance, lose weight, tone muscles, and develop better balance. Participation in our group classes offers opportunities for friendship, a sense of well-being, increased self-confidence and improved mental abilities. You receive motivation from the instructor and the other participants. Whether you're stretching, toning, stepping, dancing or doing any group class, you'll be welcome and encouraged to continue. ZUMBA

The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. You can achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body energizing,awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate you for Life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Lating flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba Class!

CHIZEL IT!

Chizel It! is a kick-butt workout for those who seriously want to get fit and stay healthy.  Chizel It! involves a challenging, but easy-to-follow program that covers abs, cardio, and basic strengthening exercises.  You won’t get bored with this exercise regiment because the dynamic music will help
you keep the pace!

Mon. & Wed. 10:30-11:30am
Tues. & Thurs. 7:00–8:00pm and Sat. 10:00-11:00am

 

WAYNE’S WORLD BODY SCULPTING

Is a combination of steps that work major muscle groups and result in shaping and toning of problem areas. This class includes weight work to help tone that arms and upper body. With a cool down that involves stretching and abdominal work. The world that benefits the body! Class Time: Sunday 1:00 - 2:00 pm

 

ABS, CORE & MORE

Your abs are responsible for the following:
- Holding your internal organs in place;
- Protecting and supporting your lower back and spine;
- Improving posture; and,
- Providing a foundation for all movements.
 The goal of the ABS, CORE AND MORE is to improve, flatten, strengthen, and firm your mid-section.
